Scan and Submit Membership Form
Scan your form after signing it. Add it to our contact form in Contact page and send it with “Membership Admission Form” message.

Your application will be reviewed and the approval process will begin.
Your admission will be reviewed under our association bylaws and, will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

We will notify you that you have received confirmation of membership.
After receiving approval, take note of our current bank account information and annual membership fee from Dues and Bank Information section.

Submit Your Receipt by Paying the Subscription Fee
After transferring your annual fee, you should send us your receipt by e-mail by clicking here . Please write “Name and Surname – Remittance Notice” in the subject line of your e-mail. If you have problems, please call us.
